做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
