做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
