做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
