做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
