做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
