做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
