做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
