做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
