做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
