做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
