做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
