做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
