做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
