做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
