做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
