做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
