做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
