做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
