做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
