做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
