做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
