做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
