做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
