做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
