做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
