做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
