做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
