做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
