做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
