做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味(wèi )即(jí )可品尝。 -
