做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
