做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
