做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
