做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
