做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
