做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
