做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
