做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
