做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
