做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
