做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
