做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
