做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
