做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
