做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
