做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
