做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
