做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
