做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
