做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
